The third Eqilibrium Bottle chosen, is known as the 'Here and Now' bottle. This is the outcome of the second bottle - how we have dealt with the challenges. It is the 'here and now' in relation to the potential of one's soul purpose, or how the present energies are expressing. It is an appraisal of both the conscious (top) and unconscious (bottom), so their appraisal comes from a super-conscious level. In general we must look at how we have integrated the challenges of the past and if we have realized their gifts. Are we being true to ourselves as reflected through the potential of the 1st bottle?

SPIRITUAL LEVEL

Indicates where we have come to in relation to what we had in the beginning. Is what our soul set up from the beginning being recognised through the colours that have been selected in the third bottle? Are we using the gifts of the first two bottles or are we still trying to confront our obstacles? Are we balanced in our spiritual levels?

MENTAL LEVEL

Indicates where we are in relation to our process as revealed in the first and second Bottles.

EMOTIONAL LEVEL

This gives us an indication of our present emotional well being. The colours may be compared to those of the first two bottles in determining how the issues have resolved themselves, or which aspect is being worked with emotionally in the present.

PHYSICAL LEVEL

This gives us the present situation or an assessment of the combined acute and constitutional position. How far has the healing gone in relation to our current challenges?
